Thanks for the tips luka ! Its not just unmerged vertz in topogun, It is also because my edge loops are not enough to support the mesh. So I added some more loops/merge and its done.
I got another silly question, I saw lots tutorial, they are able to view normal map effect on the maya view port straight away without render. Mine just unable to. Is there any particular shader or
setting i need to do before its available ?

I dont use maya but my friend says :

Blinn shows normals on hardware viewport rendering, Plug it in as a bump map, change the bump map node to tangent space.

and if that doesnt work then i guess google it haha

Yeh, Tehsplat had it, sorta. you need to change the viewport to high quality or viewport 2.0 and make sure you have the texture preview on (6).

Yes this will be a nice portfolio piece, Awesome stuff man. Just one lil thing, the cavity where the colar bone meets in the middle may be to deep or over emphasized, it could be toned down a little. The legs are awesome nice mix of Hoooot and cold in this character.

Afternoon lol i have been busy with work so i havnt been doing much personnel work. But i took some time out this morning and did a little 3-4 hour sculpt its really rough but there was a few facial features i needed to brush up on. Figured i would add in my work in progress incase any one was curious about how to start faces . I start from a sphere by the way haha.

Cool to see you're process, though I have to say the first two iterations need to be characters of their own, they look like they have history :P
