I decided to do comicon 2015 this year as well.

I decided to fuse Uchiha Sasuke with Cassandra Cani(batgirl,Black Bat,Kasumi)

Here are some concept iterations. At the end I decided to go with more Naruto style

Last one is far better than the first two. Much better integration of elements and more visually interesting.

Thanks Worzel and oatestwder. Sorry should've made it more clear that I did the first concept and got feedback then did the second one and changed it to the third one which was more my final design.

I played around for a bit deciding if I wanted to make a Toon shaded version. I got some decent results but there were quite a few technical issues I couldn't figure out so I decided to just stick with what I know

If I was you I would pull the nostrils in a bit the nose looks a little wide for the ethnicity you appear to be going for. Also I would make the ear a tad smaller the general rule of thumb is from eye brows to bottom of the nose but on girls i always make them a tad smaller. Also be careful of your concept being too busy, you dont want noise every where a good design has rest areas and visually interesting sections but if its all noise then the eyes have no where to rest and just spazz out haha. The fishnets seem like a bit too much detail. Really cool concept though and the face looks real nice apart from the little things I mentioned up top which tbh aren't major they just stand out to me.

TehSplatt: Cheers yeah I decided to leave the head for a while and come back to it later. I actually did think the ears looked big on her even though they were around the right landmarks but I made them smaller as well as the made the nose a little more narrow.

Did a bit of work on the clothing.

Head 3/4 added eyelashes, might round the bottom of the nose more as well as either shorten the mouth to chin distance or round it.

Bit worried about the hood and cloak at first I was thinking of modeling it more open for rigging but I will probably only have the the parts around the shoulder be rigged and the rest be dynamic. Very little experience in rigging so it will be a challenge for me.

Are you rigging just to get her into a more interesting pose, or will do plan a small animation?

I think the rope needs to feel softer, like in the reference pic, otherwise it looks impossible to tie like that. It might need to droop more.
