Has anyone had this issue before? It's weirding out my textures at the edge of the frame. It may be because of the frame width (I'm rendering a triple monitor wallpaper) and the problem persists no matter the dimensions (keeping the same ratio). It seems to be only on textured objects.

Couple of things you may try:

Change the image format

Check ur shadow settings (crank up ur Dmap bias a lil bit)

Lower the resolution of the image

turning the texture filter off on your file node

Perhaps thatd help!

Thanks for that! I'd already tried changing formats, and I wasn't using shadows at all. One thing I did find was that if I added a transparency map, the problem went away, or at least it went away on one object, but when I tried it on another object it did nothing...

Turns out you were right about the filtering, though all I needed to do was take it down to 'box' instead of 'quadratic', so cheers  Though I have no idea what the hell the problem is in the first place... Oh Maya, you never cease to amaze.

Well anyways, here's what I was 'working' on, just for a laugh really, for triple monitor displays (not that I have one...) viewtopic.php?f=35&t=3020
