ra8id_ra88it: Haha I think he's about to eat their face.

Inspired by my Hearthstone addiction here is a doodle I started last night and finished this morning.

A Goblin, who wishes he were a Pixie.
I'm not sure if I'll do up a finished illustration for this piece, maybe just a nice render to present it.

This is a portrait of the Goblin who wished he were a pixie, unfortunately like all young goblins he grew up and lost sight of that dream. Though even now - ruthless killer that he is - he won't hurt any pixies he comes across, And slaps anyone in the face who tells him they don't believe in them.

Man, that's awesome! So workflow wise, at what point are you creating new parts from scratch, vs reusing what you have?

The feet at 60% look freaky!

haha thanks! the feet are the one thing I want to go back and redo, they don't change enough at the final form.

Workflow wise I built 0% and 100%, just bashing parts together to get a silhouette. then I created a the base human mesh and pushed that all the way to 60%, after that I needed a new head mesh, legs and tail. So I sculpted those separately then grafted them on.
Its not to hard to push the shapes as long as you have a sound low poly mesh, they stretch pretty far!
