The pointing hand gesture at the start is very linear (no rotation) and it kinda bounces forwards and backwards without really emphasizing what it is meant to.

Frame 63 the right hand drops down without any slow in/out.

Frame 75 the right brow drops suddenly and stops without any slow-in.

Frame 114 the sideways right-hand gesture has no slow in/out.

Frame 130 the expression does not read well. The left eye squashes down, so the brow drops, but has no affect on the right brow. While that happens, the right eye is strangely VERY wide, made even more intense because he's looking down while it's wide open. Also, this expression appears after he finishes speaking, so I'm not sure it's actually required.

Frame 116 - 130 when he puts his right hand down, there are no inbetweens.

Some of the poses are working, like at frames 18 (pointing), 95 (two finger pointing), and 117 (right hand out sideways). There's just lots of clean up to do.
