Here is a series of stereoscopic photos I've done in the past couple years. For those who know how to
view them, enjoy. For those who don't here is an explanation and a link.

"Humans use visual clues to perceive depth. these include techniques like principles of size constancy, linear perspective, interposition, texture gradients, motion parallax, optic flow, and binocular disparity. It is the last of these that we rely on most as a binocular species, and also gives the most accurate perception of depth. As such, a photo can only give a single viewpoint, or monocular cues, which imply depth through the above mentioned techniques that aren't binocular disparity. To perceive a three dimensional image, we need to be able to see two viewpoints that deviate form each other and match what would be seen by each of our eyes. Concordantly, vi sa vi, ergo... stereoscopic pictures gives these two deviated images, and matching them up with the special lenses, or employing matching techniques one would use for a 'Magic Eye' picture where you somewhat cross your eyes and lay the pictures over one another in you vision, match up the cues and allow the viewer to perceive the picture as three dimensional."

A bit to get your head around the principle is quite simple. If you know how to do Magic Eye stuff its the same way. Tool has made viewing these easier with their 10 000 days packaging, so if
you got a copy lying around proceed as the picture below

Cool. I love these pictures.
I inherited a device such as the one pictured from my grandpa.
Got a whole bunch of steroscopic wildlife pictures printed on little bits of card. Kept me amused for hours as a kid
I should dig them out sometime.
