Hai guyz.

So I finished Media Design School's 3D Animation course last week. I've uploaded my final reel to youtube now, and have also set up my new online portfolio site.

Bare in mind it's aimed for game development.

(NOTE: Youtube's added a little tv icon under the bottom right part of the video where you can choose standard or high quality (on the actual page))

^ and that was the concept I came up for the Pretty Princess chick initially

And right now I've joined a small indie game development team since I'm taking a few months off from education.

I hope you like it :)

I love indie game devs, always a blast to work with artists that are in it for the pure love of it.

Good luck, and hopefully they will let you post some stuff :)

Awesome reel. I love your environment, it's really alive. Good design and nice details. Like the design of details of the saucer as well.

Good luck

Update.

I resigned from that PlanetX game dev team. And applied for a spot at Nemesis Studios (http://www.nemesisstudios.com) and got hired :) Working on GOON WORLD (mmorpg (in before all indie-developed mmorpgs fail, they've been working on it for 3 and a half years already, and it's gotten some media attention too)). Getting my contract (the 'get paid once it makes money' contract) next week :)

Looks cool. I hope they sell it! Remember to keep working on your own stuff to keep your reel updated - you may not be allowed to use any of the Goon World project elements for your portfolio until it gets released. Good luck!
